Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

   1.1. To enroll in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, or social media account.

   1.2. We reserve the right to decline or terminate an affiliate's application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

   2.1. As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting our personalized gifts shop on your approved platforms.

   2.2. You must not engage in any illegal, misleading, or unethical marketing practices that may harm our brand reputation.

   2.3. You are prohibited from promoting our personalized gifts shop on any platform that contains adult, violent, discriminatory, or offensive content.

   2.4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked using the provided affiliate tracking system.

   2.5. Affiliates must truthfully represent HomeHaps products, ensuring clear and accurate descriptions without any misrepresentation or misleading claims.

3. Affiliate Links and Commissions:

   3.1. Upon approval, you will receive unique affiliate links or promotional codes to track referrals and sales.

   3.2. You will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through your affiliate links or promotional codes.

   3.3. Commission rates and eligibility criteria will be communicated to you separately and may be subject to change at our discretion.

   3.4. Commissions will only be paid for sales that are successfully completed, verified, and not subject to cancellation, refund, or chargeback. 

   3.5. Commission payments will be made according to the payment schedule and method specified by HomeHaps.

4. Intellectual Property:

   4.1. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, images, and content, belong to HomeHaps.

   4.2. You are granted approval to use our intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting our personalized items as an affiliate.

   4.3. You must not modify, copy, distribute, or misuse our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Termination:

   5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

   5.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this agreement will immediately cease.

   5.3. Any unpaid commissions earned prior to the termination date will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability:

   6.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program.

   6.2. Our liability under this agreement shall be limited to the total commission paid or payable to you under this agreement.

7. Modifications:

   7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program or these terms and conditions at any time.

   7.2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means.

8. Governing Law:

   8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State].

   8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, United States.
