When to expect tracking information

Banner, lawn sign, canvases, acrylic prints and backdrop orders will receive shipping confirmations within 2-3 days of placing order.

Blankets. mugs and pillows will receive a shipping confirmation within 5-7 days of placing order.

Estimated Delivery Date

Banner, lawn sign, backdrop, acrylic prints and canvas orders:

FedEx Ground: 5-7 days

FedEx Express Shipping: 1-2 Days

Blankets. mugs and pillows:

Ground Shipping: 7-14 Days

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

HomeHaps is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once we provide the tracking number and the package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. The estimated delivery dates are estimates given to us by the shipping carrier. If you do not receive your package within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please let us know and we will file a dispute with the shipping carrier.
