HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

✔️ Step 1: Select the Material and Scent of your Candle

✔️ Step 2: Type in the brides name, grooms name, last name, and wedding date

✔️ Step 3: Place your order and send your image through Etsy messages.

✔️ Step 4: We send a preview to ensure spelling is correct, send it off to production and ship it out to you!

❗️Note: We will type EXACTLY what you type in to the personalization box for the Names and date onto the candle. So please make sure your spelling and information is correct. Any additions to the name or any accidental misspellings from what was typed in (not by our mistake) will be an additional fee. If you have additional information you would like to add, we would ask if you could please message us so we can quote you on the difference prior to purchasing.

Due to this being a highly personalized item, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the preview has been sent. If you received the item after approving the preview and decide you are not happy with the item afterwards, we cannot accommodate a refund but rather offer a redo for a discounted fee. If we do not hear back within 24 hours and we send your candle off to production we are not responsible for any changes after you receive the item. So please check your messages for the preview. If your item is damaged in transit we will issue a reprint free of charge. If the package is lost in the mail we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement free of charge (a refund will not be given as a lost package is not our responsibility).
